What was documented
Our team captured interior and exterior building conditions using mobile laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, 360° video, and high-resolution photography. The scope extended beyond the primary structures to include surrounding site conditions, roof geometry, courtyards, hardscape features, topography, and key landscape elements that contribute to the campus setting.
What was delivered
Pointknown delivered coordinated Revit and SketchUp models of Southworth Library and adjacent campus buildings, along with 2D CAD plans, sections, and elevations. Additional deliverables included massing studies and supporting datasets designed to assist architectural planning, permitting, and future campus integration efforts.

Historic educational campuses require accurate documentation that supports modernization without losing architectural identity.
