North End Boston
In Boston’s North End, Pointknown documented a multi-unit residential building within a dense, historic urban fabric. The project focused on capturing the full structure to support accurate modeling and future design coordination.
Newton Centre, Newton, Massachusetts is one of Greater Boston’s most established residential neighborhoods, known for its walkable village center, historic homes, and carefully preserved streetscapes. Developed during the late 19th and early 20th centuries as part of Newton’s “garden suburb” evolution, the area continues to blend historic architectural character with thoughtful modernization and restoration.
A complete existing conditions package, from reality capture to usable deliverables.
This project focused on translating rich architectural character into clean, actionable digital documentation. The combination of laser scanning and aerial capture allowed Pointknown to accurately represent the home’s vertical detailing, open-plan relationships, and strong connection between interior living spaces and the landscaped backyard.
The value is not in the scan itself. It is in what your team can do next.
Design-ready deliverables
Measured information is structured into clean Revit and CAD outputs so architects, owners, and developers can move quickly.
Clear communication
Pointknown focuses on clarity. The process stays in the background. The usable result stays front and center.
One source of truth
A single field effort supports visualization, planning, modeling, and documentation—without repeated site visits or fragmented information.
If you are planning, renovating, leasing, or evaluating a building, clear existing conditions matter.
Pointknown helps design teams and property stakeholders move forward with confidence by turning existing buildings into usable, decision-ready information.
