Newbury Street Boston
At the corner of Newbury and Exeter Streets in Boston’s Back Bay, Pointknown documented a historically significant Richardsonian Romanesque building originally constructed in 1884–85 as the First Spiritual Temple. Designed by Hartwell and Richardson, the structure has evolved over time—from a place of worship to the Exeter Street Theatre (1914–1984), and today a mixed-use space housing a school and restaurant. This layered history made accurate existing-conditions documentation essential for future planning and preservation.
A complete existing conditions package, from reality capture to usable deliverables.
A full-building reality capture and multi-format modeling project for a historic Back Bay landmark—documenting layered architectural history to support adaptive reuse and future design.
The value is not in the scan itself. It is in what your team can do next.
