What was documented
Using a combination of exterior LiDAR scanning, aerial drone capture, and interior walkthrough imaging, Pointknown documented the residence in comprehensive detail. The workflow captured façade geometry, roof forms, structural relationships, glazing systems, and spatial conditions throughout the property. Interior 360° imagery and walkthrough video were also collected to preserve contextual reference for architects, consultants, and ownership teams.

The project resulted in a coordinated BIM deliverable designed to support renovation planning, architectural coordination, and future reuse strategies. Registered scan data, roof geometry derived from drone photogrammetry, and architectural reference information were integrated into a unified digital workflow, allowing the project team to work from verified conditions with confidence.
