What was documented
The project included full interior and exterior capture of the building, along with roof documentation and surrounding site context. The work required coordination across multiple tenants and stakeholders to ensure complete coverage while minimizing disruption. SLAM scanning, drone capture, and 360° documentation were used to record spatial geometry, building systems, and key conditions throughout the property.
What was delivered
Pointknown developed a unified dataset and Revit model from registered multi-source scan data, providing accurate existing-conditions documentation of the facility. The deliverables offer a reliable, design-ready foundation for future planning, upgrades, and coordination efforts.
