Andover Restaurant
Pointknown documented a former restaurant space in North Andover, Massachusetts, previously occupied by Bertucci’s, to support its next phase of renovation and reuse. The goal was to create a complete and accurate digital baseline of the property, enabling the design team to fully understand the space before planning began.
The property functioned as part of a well-known regional restaurant chain, serving as a familiar dining destination within the North Andover community. As the space transitions to a new concept, capturing its existing conditions ensures that prior layouts, systems, and infrastructure are properly understood and can be adapted efficiently for future use.
A complete existing conditions package, from reality capture to usable deliverables.
This project combined interior and exterior LiDAR scanning with 360° documentation to produce a true-to-life digital twin of the space. By capturing every detail—from kitchen infrastructure to dining layouts—Pointknown provided a clear, design-ready model that enables a smoother transition from existing conditions to a fully reimagined restaurant.
The value is not in the scan itself. It is in what your team can do next.
Design-ready deliverables
Measured information is structured into clean Revit and CAD outputs so architects, owners, and developers can move quickly.
Clear communication
Pointknown focuses on clarity. The process stays in the background. The usable result stays front and center.
One source of truth
A single field effort supports visualization, planning, modeling, and documentation—without repeated site visits or fragmented information.
If you are planning, renovating, leasing, or evaluating a building, clear existing conditions matter.
Pointknown helps design teams and property stakeholders move forward with confidence by turning existing buildings into usable, decision-ready information.
